What to expect

A strong team, shared ambition and plenty of memorable flights.

A straightforward club

The sggl brings together pilots with very different backgrounds and goals. Some enjoy calm local flights after work, while others head off on ambitious Alpine cross-country tasks. What unites them is a shared enthusiasm for gliding, a high standard of airmanship and a friendly, straightforward atmosphere on the ground.

Mollis is particularly attractive for self-launchers. The long runway, generous apron and strong flying area make it an excellent base for independent flying. At the same time, club pilots benefit from a modern fleet, regular flying activity and a group that enjoys sharing knowledge and experience.

Many of our best days begin with coffee in the hangar, continue with long flights across the Alps and end with a relaxed debrief in the evening shade. If you value strong flying, honest exchange and a club where people genuinely help one another, you will feel at home here.
